It follows Finato's portrait of Fall River Mayor Will Flanagan completed three years ago, also in Flanagan's first term.In Fall River, it was the first time a mayor sat for a portrait in 70 years.So far, Finato, president and a resident artist of the Fall River Art Association, has done a few sketches of Hoye."The next step is to get the drawing on the canvas," Finato said.Finato said the portrait will likely take about two months. First he will paint from his sketches and photographs.
